Our Vision
Life is busy! To-do lists seem to be getting longer as valuable time is in shorter supply. At Valor, it is our vision to ease the burden and stress that often comes with secondary property ownership. Our caretaking services shorten your to-do list, ease your mind with routine home checks, and quickly respond to urgent matters involving your property. Our goal is simple - to give you more time!

Valor provides a wide variety of property caretaking services that range from light, seasonal lawn and landscaping services to project management support for more complex property care needs.
For convenience, we have created standard property caretaking packages that are comprised of our most commonly provided services; however, we also offer customizable packages, tailored to your specific goals and property needs. If you don’t see a needed service
listed, ask us about it!
Our Approach

We are secondary property owners too! We know the challenges of ‘trying to find time’ and the sacrifices that need to be made to barely get the most basic, routine tasks done, let alone the backlog of projects that are long overdue. About ME
Owner - Sam Wollersheim
Hi! I’m Sam, the proud owner of Valor Property Management and Caretaking. I have lived in beautiful, Central Wisconsin for most of my life; my primary residence is in Mosinee. I am a ridiculously proud father of three incredible sons, ages 13, 10, and 7, who are the very best
adventure buddies that a person could ask for. We live our best life outdoors and fill our time with hunting, fishing, hiking, and playing sports. My boys are my best friends and my time with them is what I value most in this world! My favorite weekends are spent in Northern Wisconsin at our lake cabin that my father and I built or at our hunting property on the outskirts of Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.
I come from the humble beginnings of a single-income, hard-working, blue-collar family that taught me the value of hard work and to appreciate, and take pride in, what I’ve worked hard to earn. My upbringing also taught me to ‘set the bar high’ and challenge myself. As a kid, whether it
was on a wrestling mat, on a baseball field, or in the woods, waiting countless hours for the ‘perfect shot’, I pushed the limits of my mental and physical abilities. As an adult, I have always been drawn to the hard paths. After high school, I joined the Marine Corps and served a combat
tour in Iraq as a rifleman with an infantry battalion, an experience that that has had a profound impact on my life. My Bachelor of Science in Business Administration was earned while working full-time AND learning how to be a father to my first-born son. Currently, in addition to being a
business owner and devoted father, I am an accomplished out-West, backcountry, big-game hunter, a hobby and a passion that requires year-round, grueling physical training. I thrive on the personal growth that comes from the hard paths and the application of those skills to all aspects of my life.
I share all of this in hopes that it will offer insight into what makes Valor unique. The name, the vision, the approach, and the services we provide represent my personal values, life experiences, passions, and expertise. We set the bar high at Valor and look forward to caring for your property!
